What We Do.
For regular clients, Iteon’s comprehensive support includes any
type of IT related service imaginable: servers, network, applications, web sites, desktops, laptops, Macs,
security, backup, anti-virus, audio, video, wireless, phones, printers and
fax machines…literally, anything related
to technology.
We want to be at a client’s
site weekly (or bi-weekly, if that’s all that is necessary) to make sure all systems
are functioning properly and to proactively solve problems.
And our services go well beyond basic IT outsourcing: we offer our regular clients
CIO-level help (planning, budgeting, strategy), purchasing services, special project
work, house calls (for home-based computers and networks), and disaster recovery
services, just to name a few. All of
these services are billed at the same hourly rate as our basic IT support.
Fees. We charge an hourly rate that is the
same for all work, all hours of the day, and all days of the week.
We don’t require a retainer fee, and there are no hidden charges.
Customer Service. Regular clients have our cell phone numbers, and no matter what time the
call, we provide a one-hour
response time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
